Michael Sebba is an intellectual property litigator and prosecutor. Mr. Sebba has experience in patent disputes and prosecution concerning consumer products, financial services, business methods, and computer inventions. He has done significant work in AIA PTAB proceedings as well as assisting in taking and defending depositions and motion practice. He advises clients on development of their patent portfolios.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Sebba worked as a civil engineer on a variety of New York City infrastructure projects. His primary project involved the design and rehabilitation of the Alexander Hamilton Bridge. Mr. Sebba joined our firm as a summer associate in 2014 and returned to the firm upon his completion of law school. Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked at Lincoln Square Legal Services where he advised individual inventors on intellectual property protections and at the MTA New York City Transit’s General Counsel’s Office. While in law school, he served as the Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review.
