Tuvia Rotberg is a registered patent attorney who practices in many areas of intellectual property with an emphasis on patent prosecution. Mr. Rotberg has prepared and prosecuted numerous patent applications in a wide range of technology areas, including medical devices, diagnostic platforms, scientific devices, and consumer products. He has obtained patents for glaucoma detection systems, signal analysis algorithms, computer image analysis systems, luggage systems, gaming accessories, speaker systems, nail polish appliques, product packaging systems, insect repellent devices, mass spectrometry instruments, boiler plant optimization systems, and video compression technology. He also obtained design patents for ornamental jewelry designs and other consumer products.
Mr. Rotberg’s prosecution experience encompasses filing and assisting clients in US Patent Office proceedings such as appeals, pre-appeals, re-issues, re-examinations, and inter partes reviews. He also has extensive experience in trademark prosecution and trademark proceedings.
Mr. Rotberg studied biological and life sciences at Rutgers University, and he received a Master's degree in Biotechnology Science from Kean University. Tuvia received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006.
