Jennifer Doran began her career as a Litigation Paralegal with one of New York City’s prestigious law firms, working alongside teams of seasoned attorneys as well as highly experienced litigation paralegals while assisting with the ongoing litigations.
Since then, Jennifer has worked for a number of boutique Intellectual Property law firms and major law firms in New York City as a Senior Litigation Paralegal specializing in the areas of patent, trademark and copyright law. She has led, and assisted trial teams on numerous litigations within the Court system at various levels – district, state and appellate, with a concentration in district courts. This also includes organizing, arranging and participating with various discovery aspects until there is a resolution. Jennifer also handled the disposition of cases in compliance with Protective Orders.
Additionally, she has organized and tended to various Alternative Dispute Resolutions such as arbitration and mediation. She has also handled and attended trials before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and has been responsible for the organization and filing of documents with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
Jennifer is also well-versed and experienced with various electronic databases used for filing documents with numerous courts and governmental agencies.
