June 8, 2020On June 10 from noon to 1:30pm EDT, partner Charles Macedo will be a featured speaker at the AUTM live webinar, "IP Opportunities and Pitfalls in Protecting Blockchain Technology." Charley will co-present the webinar with Isabella Ortiz of Northwestern University's Office of New Ventures and Innovation.
The speakers will explore aspects of blockchain innovations that can be patent protected, identifying and gathering information to include in disclosures, and tips and tricks to improve patent eligibility and avoid divided infringement.
